We are absolutely delighted to have you here! Allow us to share our remarkable journey of transformation. Our story began in 2010 at a church singles event. While it wasn’t love at first sight, a deep friendship blossomed right away. Fast forward to June 2012, when we tied the knot and embarked on an incredible adventure together.
Both of us have been followers of Jesus for many years, but we realize now that we weren’t fully surrendered to Him. We lived as lukewarm Christians, going through the motions while our hearts remained distant. As we started our family, we pursued the Lord, yet continued to live on our own terms.
In 2021, God began to work on Ashley's heart, igniting a profound desire to place Jesus at the center of her life. This journey was transformative, leading her to lay down alcohol and invite Christ to fill her heart. Once she made this commitment, the Lord went to work, radically transforming her life in every aspect.
Meanwhile, JP found himself ensnared in the grips of alcohol, leading to a devastating addiction. The burden of dependence became overwhelming, threatening to tear our family apart and taking a toll on JP's health. However, in a beautiful act of divine intervention, the Lord gave JP a gift of desperation, empowering him to choose sobriety in May 2023. This decision was nothing short of miraculous, and he will celebrate two years of sobriety in May 2025.
Our family is eternally grateful for the waves that crashed us against the Rock of Ages, forever changing us. God has truly created beauty from ashes, turning graves into gardens. We eagerly look forward to sharing more about the incredible work the Lord has done in our lives over the past two years.
